Who we are

We are entrepreneurs who have been professionally investing in real estate throughout Germany for mor than 20 years. Our personal focus is on real estate valuations, law, management and the creation or renovation of buildings. We have only long-standing stuff with great experience, the necessary calm and confidence, which make it possible to care for your objects holistically technically. We are a real estate management company for investors who are either dependent on 24/7 acces to the data of your properties, for example you are - or live abroad, or because you are constantly dependent on this data in the curse of your work with your investment. Ultimately also for private investors who, just like us, take it for granted that you should also maintain a constant overall view when investing in real estate.
